• Tuition and fees for Visitation BVM School students are specified below. 
  
   All school families are expected to comply with our Tuition/Fee Payment policy (see below).

  • All enrolled families must have a FACTS account with a valid bank account number. 
  • Automatic payments for each Academic Year will be processed through FACTS (https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3PR7B).
  • Returning Families: 
    • Re-enrollment intents must be completed by the specified date in February, 2025. A non-refundable Tuition Deposit of $100 is due in February, 2025.
    • New Families:

      • A non-refundable Registration fee of $100 is due when registration forms are submitted.
  • Tuition Payment Options
    • Paid in Full (5% tuition discount offered for those paying tuition and fees in full by May 16, 2025.)
    • 10-month payment option (monthly payments are collected July to April of the academic year)
  • Need-based financial aid may be available to families who qualify.  Click here for more information. Applications are due by March 15, 2025.

  Refund Policy:

  • Re-enrollment/New Enrollment Fee is non-refundable.
  • Book Fees are non-refundable after August 15th.

  Tuition/Fee Policy: 
  As the parent/guardian of the enrolled child(ren), I agree to make timely tuition payments as required by the tuition plan I have chosen.  I understand that if I fail to comply with my tuition payment obligation, my child(ren) may be removed from the roll of Visitation BVM School and the parish may seek recovery of any amounts not paid.
